Work in progress: test dell’opera video. L’acqua è un elemento centrale nell’opera dell’artista come era fondamentale per il processo di produzione dell’amido nella fabbrica. L’ Amideria infatti sorse nel 1865 lungo la roggia denominata “La Fredda” sui resti di un vecchio mulino, nella località omonima sita in Perteole – Work in progress: test of the video-artwork. Water is a central element in the artist’s work as it was fundamental for the starch production process in the factory. In fact, the factory was built in 1865 along the canal called “La Fredda” on the remains of an old mill, in the locality of the same name located in Perteole.
